The stack-up includes a base copper of 17um, a dielectric of 20mil, and another base copper of 17um, ensuring excellent electrical performance.
The construction details of this PCB are impressive, with a board dimension of 70.00 x 50.00 mm=2Types=2PCS, +/- 0.15mm, and a minimum trace/space of 5/7 mils. The minimum hole size is 15 mils, with no blind or buried vias. The finished board thickness is 0.58mm, and the panelization details are as per Greber.
This PCB also features a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers, a via plating thickness of 1 mil, and a surface finish of lead-free HASL. While the top silkscreen and bottom silkscreen are not available, the top solder mask is green, and the bottom solder mask is not present. To ensure the highest quality, this PCB has undergone a 100% electrical test.
While impedance matching is not included in the design, the panelized solder paste stencil is supplied for the top side, making it easier for the user to assemble components.
