370HR Laminate:

Isola 370HR laminate utilizes a patented high-performance FR-4 epoxy resin system, ensuring maximum thermal performance and reliability in multilayer Printed Wiring Board applications. With a dielectric constant of 3.92 at 10 GHz, excellent CAF resistance, and a Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) of 180°C, 370HR offers superior thermal stability and mechanical resistance, making it an ideal choice for demanding environments.
